Next-generation sequencing (NGS) affords comprehensive insights into the genomic landscape of lymphomas. We examined the mutational pattern in patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) or lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) as well as the diagnostic and clinical utility of a tailored NGS lymphoma panel.
