Glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (Gipr) gene expression has been reported in mouse spermatids and Gipr knockout male mice have previously been reported to have decreased in vitro fertilization, although the role of Gipr signaling in male mouse fertility is not well understood.
